I sent a pair of boots back through UPS on December 29th, via Happy Returns, and now I am getting the runaround about my refund. They're saying my refund hasn't been approved, yet they received the boots back on January 6th. This is beyond ridiculous!!!

Was very disappointed. Did order based on the description of these shoes.
The description says 'premium leather'. So it's NOT. It's a faux leather and this statement appeared when you picked the colour. I contacted customer service less than 3 hours after the order about a bug on your website and I want to cancel my order as I want to buy real leather.
Customer service contacted me one week after my request telling me it's a final sale. Ok, it's a final sale, but your webpage misleads people. Why does the description say premium leather??? After the talk on the phone, the customer representative sent me a return label to send the item back.
In this email, it says I will get a refund: 'All returned merchandise will be refunded to the original method of payment.' Unfortunately, I received an e-gift card which I can use only in this store. I don't want to shop in this store because I don't want to guess if I will get faux leather (it says when you pick the colour) or premium leather as in the description. How should the customer know what is true??? So unfortunately, Naturolizer's policy just gives you an e-gift card which you can use only in their store.
I don't want to use it as I don't want to be disappointed with other possible bugs on this website. So I just lost my time and 58 dollars. Just heads up, to not be disappointed like me.
So conclusion:
1. False advertising: - the product description prominently said 'premium leather' but the item was actually faux leather.

The truth only appeared when selecting colors.

Broken promise - email with return label promised a refund to my original payment method, but I received an e-gift card.
4. Poor timing - they took a week to respond when I contacted them less than 3 hours after ordering.

Customer service female representative
I just got off the phone with a female customer service representative. Brutally rude.
She said that I had to wait 45 days for my boots to arrived when I order them on November 28, Black Friday. I said he did not see the contract that I had to wait and she said you have to wait. Theres nothing she can do. This is the first time in the seven years that I have ordered through your company Naturalizer that I have encountered someone this route no wonder you have bad reviews.
I want my boots before Christmas now. I have to wait till the end closer to January to receive them that is so ridiculous.
I will never shop here again and I will never recommend anybody to buy anything from your company. Theres other companies that have better customer service.
Shoes never arrived
Fedex placed the package in the middle of the street, scanned them as delivered, sent me a fake photo and my shoes were stolen.

We provided an address including the Suite number. That number was included in the online paperwork that was received from Naturalizer but it was NOT on the label retrieved by our local postmaster by accessing the FEDEX or postal service website.
It was therefore rejected by the postal service and returned to Naturalizer. No contact made with us regarding our order.

Where’s my refund?
Still waiting on a refund for boots I ordered and returned through Happy Returns. The boots were return shipped to California but Naturalizer did not receive them. I even had a receipt through UPS with all the tracking info.

Bought flats from Dillards in Altamonte Springs, FL. Color creme burlee.
After wearing a couple of time I noticed scuff marks. Could not find shoe polish to cover up nor could I clean.
Finally found shoe polish, brand feet people, color ecru shoe cream, and it work but wears off quickly. Basically, the shoes are no longer wearable because of their look.

Preferred solution: Another pair of these shoes. Maybe the pair I have are defective as the sales person has the exact pair and no problems.

Verified BuyerShoes falling apart the second time I wore them
I purchased a pair of rose pink leather loafers, the Sawyer ones I believe, off the Naturalizer website (so they werent outlet or seconds) and I wore them a total of two times. The second time the leather started to peel off the upper seam.
I feel like what I paid for them, they should have lasted longer. Naturalizer is not what it used to be, and thats a shame.

I was going to buy a second pair of shoes.. But they were unavailable.

Bought shoes in September 2022 for a trip to Greece; did bring to Greece as shoes brand new. Worn first in April of 2023 and already at end of June the sole is worn right through.
Im so disappointed as I expected a good to great product from the Naturalizer brand! Purchased from Amazon .
Ca and Id love to have a refund or a new pair of shoes as the fit was perfect for my hard-to-fit feet! I will certainly be a pleased customer if I receive a refund or replacement shoes!

I know that to a young child like yourself, waiting seems like a long time but telling you that you have to wait is NOT rufe. They were NOT rude; telling you something you do not want to hear is not rude.
What is rude is your demanding and saying you want your boots before Christmas. You should have read the contract and known how long it was going to take, or you could have had a parent read it for you. Maybe if you are a good boy or girl this year, Santa will give it to you for Christmas. What is ridiculous is your not realizing that they may have ran out, or gotten a lot of orders.
I doubt you will be missed if you allow one bad experience to stop you from returning. You say you have been a customer for seven years, but from your attitude and lack of maturity, you seem to be under the age of seven. It is ridiculous that you ordered them in November during a busy time and want them delivered before Christmas.
You messed up and need to deal with the consequences. If you rare an adult, try to behave like one.
What do you want her to do? You act like they are sitting on her desk and she is going out of her way to withhold them.
She gave you the unfortunate news. That doesn’t make her rude.
It just leaves you disappointed. Cancel and request the refund if the initial order promised delivery before Xmas.
Children and childish adults often mistake no, or not getting the reply they want as rude.
