Still waiting on a refund for boots I ordered and returned through Happy Returns. The boots were return shipped to California but Naturalizer did not receive them. I even had a receipt through UPS with all the tracking info.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Shoes Purchased on 03/03/24 at Burjuman Mall, Dubai

Dear [Nutilizer Company],

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of a pair of shoes I purchased from your store at Burjuman Mall in Dubai on 03/03/24.

Within just two days of use, I have encountered significant issues with the shoes, including:

The upper fabric layer has come apart, indicating poor adhesive or stitching quality.

The stitching overall seems substandard, contributing to the shoes' premature deterioration.

The edges of the shoes are extremely rough and sharp, causing discomfort and painful abrasions while wearing them.

Given the extent of these issues, I kindly request either a full refund of the purchase amount or an exchange for a new pair of shoes of equivalent value.

I believe that as a reputable company, you value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of your products.

Bought flats from Dillards in Altamonte Springs, FL. Color creme burlee.

After wearing a couple of time I noticed scuff marks. Could not find shoe polish to cover up nor could I clean.

Finally found shoe polish, brand feet people, color ecru shoe cream, and it work but wears off quickly. Basically, the shoes are no longer wearable because of their look.

I purchased a pair of rose pink leather loafers, the Sawyer ones I believe, off the Naturalizer website (so they werent outlet or seconds) and I wore them a total of two times. The second time the leather started to peel off the upper seam.

I feel like what I paid for them, they should have lasted longer. Naturalizer is not what it used to be, and thats a shame.

This company overcharged me for one order placed.

I was going to buy a second pair of shoes.. But they were unavailable.

I assumed they made a mistake. But the company is dodging my attempts to get an honest refund over one hundred dollars.

Bought shoes in September 2022 for a trip to Greece; did bring to Greece as shoes brand new. Worn first in April of 2023 and already at end of June the sole is worn right through.

Im so disappointed as I expected a good to great product from the Naturalizer brand! Purchased from Amazon .

Ca and Id love to have a refund or a new pair of shoes as the fit was perfect for my hard-to-fit feet! I will certainly be a pleased customer if I receive a refund or replacement shoes!

Loved everything about the shoes! Heart is broken asi expected good quality from NATURALIZER!

Used to be a good quality shoe. No longer.

In only a dozen wears, the so called real leather is peeling off its such a thin layer. And a pair of dress sandals, only a few years old, had the heels disintegrate!

I purchased a pair of shoes online. I was trying to get the code and never came through until today so I called the company to ask if they could credit my account and they said no I needed to return them and read order them with the code. Seems like thats a stupid way to do it.
