Ordered sandals at naturalizer outlet.On 2/19 17.

On day 4 it said it was processed. On day 5 they cancelled order saying not in stock and that refund was sent to paypal. Customer service rep said more than half of their stock was defective and they didn't want to send me a defective item. I told the that the explanation did not make any sense.

Stock should be checked for quality when it arrives in warehouse not after a customer orders product. Asked to speak to supervisor was told not in. When i ordered they immediately took my payment from my bank via PayPal. Now they say they refunded my money to paypal and nothing is there.

They said it could take up to 10 business days.

Will never order again online from them.The defective stock explanation was a joke!
